How long will my order take?

Each necklace is made to order, which usually takes 2–5 business days before it ships. With Free Standard shipping, checkout estimates about 7–12 business days from order to delivery, including that production time. These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, busy seasons and carrier delays can add time, so order early for a special date.

Can I get it faster?

A paid Priority shipping option may appear at checkout. It speeds up delivery after your order ships; it doesn't shorten production time.

Where do you ship?

Free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or outside the U.S.

What is the necklace made of?

Finishes vary by style and are listed on each product page. The Love Knot necklace is a white gold finish over stainless steel with a 6 mm cubic zirconia center stone.

What length is the chain?

Adjustable from 18 to 22 inches, with a lobster clasp.

Can I change the message card?

No. The wording is fixed and there is no engraving. You can read the full card on each product page before you order.

How do I care for it?

Keep it away from water, lotions, perfume and cleaning products. Store it separately and wipe it with a soft cloth.

Does it come in a gift box?

Yes, a standard gift box is included.

What if she doesn't love it?

You can request a return within 30 days after delivery. It must be unworn and unused, in its original packaging with the message card. You cover return postage. Email support@oakanddove.com first. Once we receive and inspect it, we refund the amount paid, including tax, within 10 business days.

Will I get tracking?

Yes, we email tracking when your order ships. It can take a little while to update after the label is created.
