Return and refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. For change-of-mind returns, your necklace must be unworn, unused and in its original condition and packaging, with the included message card.

To request a return, email support@oakanddove.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we’ll email you return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back, and do not send your return to the address on the original shipping package.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for purchasing return shipping. This postage cost is not refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your receipt.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, email support@oakanddove.com as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos of the item and packaging if possible.

We’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. If we need the item returned, we’ll cover the return shipping. Please wait for our instructions before sending it back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the outcome. For eligible returns, we’ll issue a refund for the amount paid for the returned item, including applicable sales tax, to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.

Your rights

The unworn-item and original-packaging conditions apply to change-of-mind returns. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
