Will it arrive by Christmas?
Each necklace is made to order: production typically takes 3–5 business days, then standard shipping takes 2–5 days. Please allow extra time for Christmas; these are estimates, not guarantees.
Can I ship it straight to her?
Yes. Enter her name and address at checkout. If you'd rather see it or wrap it first, ship it to yourself.
Can I change the words?
No. Each card is printed exactly as shown on its page, so please read the full card before you order.
What if she doesn't love it?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. It needs to be unworn and in its box with the card. Damaged or wrong? We replace it or refund you at no cost.
